I had a special request for my article about the Dodge 150, a mountain bike race with unintended consequences.

I had a couple of other contributions to this issue, which I have included.

While thumbing through this issue of an English bicycle magazine, I found a page plagiarized right out of the Fat Tire Flyer.

This issue features the first mountain bike race series held in the UK, the Fat Tyre Five.

In 1987 I was joined by fellow journalist Yuri Samer at the inaugural Iditabike. Here is his version of the event.
